Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. For urgent queries outside working hours, you can WhatsApp us and we’ll get back as soon as possible.

We currently deliver in Hyderabad and nearby cities with our own logistics. For other locations, please contact us — we arrange transport on a case-to-case basis.

Most products are delivered in 10–15 working days within Hyderabad. Custom orders may take 15–22 days depending on design.

We offer free installation and a 5-year structural warranty on our furniture. For any issues, simply WhatsApp us or call, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

We allow returns/exchanges within 7 days for unused products in original condition. For custom orders, we provide replacements only if there’s a manufacturing defect.
